

Chris J M Bartlett has more than 25 years experience in the IT, sales, leadership and secure government industries, gained with the Civil Service, Experian and EDS where he worked with a variety of client groups including both public and private sector.
In particular he has developed an affinity with senior public servants, parliamentarians and those who work with them. He has fulfilled a variety of roles and developed a broad background including both senior managerial, sales and marketing.
He has successfully led both internal and client projects, managed bids worth circa £0.5bn and been part of the senior leadership team of organisations of 200 to 2,500 IT staff and worked with the largest central Government departments.
A specialist in business development, leadership and relationship management, he has developed and implemented strategies to improve relationships with major clients and been responsible for relationships with highly referenceable clients. Coached and mentored senior staff and managed major culture change programmes.
In support of his last role at EDS, responsible for the Civil Contingencies and Counter Terrorism business in the UK, Chris held security clearance and dealt with a wide range of clients across central government and specialist agencies, including some of the most sensitive areas of the state.
At Experian he has established a thriving Justice, Home Affairs and Security business, which achieved 146% of target in FY08/09 and substantially increased the company's exposure and brand in that market.
Chris is also comfortable in Parliamentary circles and has conducted a successful lobbying campaign covering both the House of Lords and the House of Commons.
